Membership
FAPTO's membership is open to the administration, faculty, and all families with a student at Foothills Academy. Annual membership dues are $35.00 per year per family. The easiest way to join is to use our online form.

Forms
We include here for your convenience copies of our Membership and Volunteer forms. You can email your completed forms to us directly, or simply drop them off at the Foothills Academy main office. We encourage every family to be a FAPTO member, and every family should complete a volunteer form to let us know how they can help. Even the busiest of parents may be able to can donate a plate of cookies once a year. We need everyone's participation to be successful and help our kids and our school. Thank you for helping us make a difference!
