SCRIP FUNDRAISING PROGRAM
Scrip (http://glscrip.com) is a creative program that was set up to make money while purchasing your typical day-to-day needs. Scrip involves pre-purchasing gift cards of certain values, which create a % profit for the school. All cards are face value. The % profit ranges from 2% up to 14%.

One example is Starbucks: If you purchase a $25.00 card, you receive a $25.00 gift card. The profit, however, is 7% or $1.25 to the school (since that is what Starbucks is willing to provide). Once you get in the habit of pre-purchasing gift cards to cover your weekly grocery spending, the families pharmacy needs, the school supply replacements or project necessities at Office Max, the big family dinner celebration at a local restaurant or your daily caffeine fix at Starbucks, the more Foothills Academy earns.

The money you are spending on these purchases is also making your school money. It is a way of thinking and a new way of spending. Without costing you any additional dollars, these vendors are donating money when you use their gift cards.

Clip labels from products you use every day and help us earn money for our school!  Send them in with your child in a zip-loc bag with your child's name and teacher's name so the class gets credit! Learn more
